Sharon Ibejih is a Machine Learning Engineer with a keen interest in African NLP. She has previously collaborated with independent researchers on workshop papers relating to speech data curation and NLP models for Nigerian languages. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Nigeria. At Sunbird AI, she is a Machine Learning Fellow who focuses on researching and designing ML systems to meet the needs of users.
